The 1967 report of the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, presenting activities and statistics from 1966. It includes the findings from the Commission's 1966 Housing Study, equal opportunity guidelines, Housing Advisory Committee recommendations, and studies on Negro enrollment in colleges and employment of Negro teachers and school personnel. Discusses the activites of local Human Relations Committees and numbers complaints received by the state and local commissions. Jesse Dickinson represented South Bend on the commission.
