During an oral history interview on September 2, 1982, Mr June Willis describes the decline of his personal health including high blood pressure, heart problems and amputated limbs. He discusses his passion for baseball, and describes the segregation and integration of baseball. Funding for digitization provided by the Georgia Public Library Service, a unit of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, using Library Services and Technology Act funding through the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
