An article entitled "Black week celebrated", found in the November 16, 1970 issue of ECU's Fountainhead newspaper. This week is being celebrated nationally as Black Week. Here at ECU activities include a "sing-in" Thursday night which is featuring skits, a dance group, singers, musicians, and other entertainment.
