Description

The Harlow family has lived in Syracuse for over seventy years. Before coming to Syracuse, family members lived in Panama and Geneva, NY. The Harlows used to live in Pioneer Homes. Carmen Harlow is the Onondaga County legislative Representative of the area served by Beauchamp Branch Library.He graduated from Nottingham High School and from Syracuse University which he attended on an athletic scholarship.
