This publication includes articles on issues of interest to Klansmen, such as foreign-born citizens in the government; freemasonry; God and America; alien employment and deportation; and the rules and activities of the organization. The introduction stresses the importance of secrecy and loyalty from every member: "This official document issued from the office of your Grand Dragon is a personal communication to each and every Klansman in the realm of Alabama. This document is strictly confidential and should not be allowed to fall into the hands of an alien. It is not a magazine, newspaper, or periodical, but strictly a communication and should be treated as such. Every Klansman in the realm of Alabama is entitled to a copy and should see that his Kligrapp furnishes him with one. Study the contents thoroughly and carry out the programs set out therein."
