Handwritten report for the Arts Committee of the San Antonio chapter of The Links, Inc. for January 10, 1977. The committee made immediate plans for 1977 and long-term plans for 1977-1978. In the immediate future, the chapter will sponsor an arts workshop for children and join the San Antonio Arts Council; within the next year, they would like to begin searching for a promising college student and artist to support financially and purchase artwork for display.[2] p. ; 28 cm.
