Perry describes the impact of segregation in his youth. He speaks on his education at "Booker T. Washington High School" and at "S. C. State College" undergraduate and law school programs. Discusses his efforts on behalf of Harvey Gantt at Clemson and Henri Dobbins Monteith at University of South Carolina. He talks about the integration of the state parks and the "tuition grants law."
