Description
Updating members of the Niagara Movement on the legal case of Barbara Pope v. the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Legal Department of the Niagara Movement took up Pope's case after she refused to move to the Jim Crow train car upon crossing the line from the District of Columbia to Virginia.
