Affidavit of George Spann, from Montgomery County, Georgia, dated October 3, 1800, sworn to before Justice of the Peace Horatio Marbury. Spann testifies that he apprehended a slave named Bob who told him that he had come from the Chehaw Town in the Creek Nation. Bob was then stolen from Spann by John Ford and James Adamson.
