Description

Susie's husband, Freddie, is on the right, but only his hand is visible. The couple married the week after Susie graduated from Sidney Lanier High School in Montgomery, Alabama. An article discussing her graduation ("Susie Sanders Leaves Lanier") appeared on page 4 of The Southern Courier for June 10-11, 1967.
