Manuscript in blanks on printed blank form bill of sale, documenting the sale of a slave woman named Jenny, by Isabella Kearney of the Province of New York, to Negro Adam (father of Jenny), for the sum of six pence, current money of the provence of New York, dated October 19, 1778. It was signed by Isabella Kearney in the presence of Sarah Skinner and Lambert Barberie.
