Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Lucia S. Russell writes to Maria Weston Chapman in regards to the printing of a particular frontispiece for the "Liberty Bell." She did not have the slightest objection made to Maria's plan and the "president seemed very ready to oblige us." She writes of the return of the "Liberator" and the "death of the Massachusets Abolition is hailed with much joy by us all." She speaks of a fair and hopes it will succeed although she fears the "foolish one at Bunker Hill will be some injury to us."
