Interview with African American folk artist Dilmus Hall at his home in Athens, Georgia. He talks about being a stretcher-bearer in World War I, his artwork, and religious beliefs. He shows some of his drawings and discusses the inspiration behind them. Boy Scouts are interviewed about a service project to help clean up Hall's home.
