Description
Police demonstrate techniques for crowd control during a Delaware Valley Fugitive Search Plan conference. The "rioters" are police officers dressed as civilians. The demonstrations was put on for a group of law enforcement officers from 13 counties of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and North Delaware. The crowd hold up signs that read "WE WANT 'BREAD' NOT CAKE", "WE DEMAND LIVING WAGES", "COPS ARE BEASTS: Nazis in blue.", "WE WANT 32 HOURS AT IRON CITY", and "IRON CITY WANTS SLAVE LABOR".With description
