Webb." in black ink on top-left of page, and "245" in pencil above Pugh's salutation to Webb.Manuscript annotated on page no. 3, with "Sarah Pugh" in black ink on bottom-right of page.Page no. 4 of manuscript is a note from Sarah Pugh to "Dear Deborah & Anne" exhorting them to do their utmost to convince their father to "come over here" with William Lloyd Garrison and family.Sarah Pugh informs Richard D. Webb that James and Lucretia Mott have bade her express their wish that Webb accompany William Lloyd Garrison on his return voyage from Great Britain, and pay a visit to the United States.
