Description
Leoventon, Thomas;Bill directing a separate election in the County of Rutherford (laid over) (with Petition). Bill to effect justice to the honest soldier, and to the widow, orphan, heirs, and representatives of the officers, non-commissioned officers and privates of the late line of this state. Bill to amend the seventh section of an act concerning the execution of wills and bills of sale of slaves. Bill to amend the several processioning laws now in force in this state. Bill to repeal an act entitled an Act to amend an act entitled an Act declaring what fences are sufficient to provide a remedy for abuses so far as relates to the North-End side of the North-West branch of Cape Fear River in New Hanover County (rejected).
