Description

During the construction period of the Louisiana Purchase Exposition -- the 1904 World's Fair -- scaffolding surrounds Festival Hallits dome has not yet added to the building. Work proceeds on building the structure for the Cascades around the building. Statues depicting states that had been carved out of the Louisiana Territory have already been placed in the Colonnade or Terrace of the States around Festival Hall. No. 2407.
