A view from the southeast of construction of the Old St. Louis concession on the Pike for the Louisiana Purchase Exposition -- the 1904 World's Fair. Old St. Louis reproduced St. Louis buildings as they stood in 1764. Also included were replicas of Cahokia Court House and the New Orleans Cabildo. The dome of the Creation concession, also under construction, appears in the background. No. 2434.
