Description

An Acme “Fire Apparatus” truck with musicians of Al Brogdon’s Jazz Band” and a man in a bunny rabbit costume waving to the crowds gathered along Church Street during the 1979 Easter Parade in downtown Nashville. This festive springtime parade was enjoyed by many people, with its decorated parade floats, entertainers, and community participation. The event was organized by Kolleen Hudgins, Director of Special Events, under the administration of Mayor Richard Fulton.
