Description

Eric Copage discusses his book, “Soul Food.” He begins by explaining that the book is a compilation of inspirational stories, poems and fables written by and for African Americans. Some of the authors include, Nikki Giovanni, Oprah Winfrey, Queen Latifah, and Queen Latifah’s mother. The book is divided into sections such as, Love, Self-esteem, Family, Faith, and so forth. Copage goes on to discuss various people and situations in his life that inspired him and encouraged him to excel. Also in this interview he reads aloud from his book.
