Description

TELEVISION DOCUMENTARY: Explains how local and state organizations provide on the job training programs through the Work Experience projects. Uneducated, underemployed black people from St. Louis, Mo., discuss problems of employment, discrimination, housing. welfare and crime. Shows that business and industry can provide people with an opportunity to learn the necessary skills to be productive members of society. A special high school is established as a vocational, rehabilitation center for juvenile delinquents. Youths are given tests and counseling in work experiences.
