View of the Atlanta and Charlotte Air Line railroad locomotive number 12 in the Decatur Street railraod yards near Pratt Street in Atlanta, Georgia.The Atlanta and Charlotte Air Line Railway was established in 1877 after a reorganization of the Atlanta and Richmond Air Line Railway. It became part of the Southern Railway and merged into the Norfolk Southern Railway in 1996.
