This folder includes a number of unattributed and undated internal and external documents dealing with SNCC, along with some press releases and reprints of articles about freedom schools. Included are "What Is SNCC?"; "Salary Structure of SNCC"; a 1966 document by Ivanhoe Donaldson on SNCC's past and future; part of a curriculum on "material things and soul things"; Jane Stembridge's "notes on education"; a lengthy, unattributed, analysis of "The Mississippi Summer Project" which lists the costs of the project in terms of lives lost and property damaged and asks white northern volunteers to examine their continuing involvement in southern black communities; "What Is COFO: Mississippi: Structure of the Movement and Present Operations"; "These Are the Questions" which addresses some of the differences between SNCC and other civil rights organizations; "Freedom in School," a February 1965 description of a high school boycott begun when a white school board refused to allow students in bl
