I send you the desired report.A comment about Lady Aberdeen not accepting Villard as proxy.Daughter of William Lloyd Garrison and wife of Henry Villard. An active supporter of women's rights and a pacifist, she founded the Women's Peace Society and helped establish the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom. She also served as a member of the advisory committee of the NAACP.
