Two columns to the page. On final page: "Anti-abolition Tracts" advertisement, that includes such publications as 'Free Negroism' by the Copperhead publisher Van Evrie, Horton & Co. As the Democratic candidate for the governorship of New York against J.S. Wadsworth, H.
