The front page of the Agricultural and Technical College in Greensboro, North Carolina. On February 1, 1960 four students from the college were refused service at the Woolworth lunch counter. After six months of students, civil right organization and members of the community protesting and boycotting Woolworth desegregated the lunch counter on July 25, 1960.Currently not on view
