Signs on various Central District businesses: The Bird and Mrs. Abney to go or deliver EA4-8666, Co-Op Foods, GWAM Store, Shell. Jerome W. Page, deputy director of the Seattle Urban League under Pratt, became its executive director in May 1969. He served until 1979, when he transferred to become president of the Washington, D.C., affiliate of the Urban League. He ultimately became Executive Director of the Urban League of the Pikes Peak Region in Colorado This program aired on KIRO-TV on May 24, 1970Title of clip supplied by cataloger.
