Peter F. Drucker
Description
This is the ninth track of an interview series with Peter Drucker on innovation and entrepreneurship, conducted by Fred Harmon. In this recording Drucker and Harmon have a conversation with Frances Hesselbein, National Executive Director of the Girl Scouts. Hesselbein discusses changing demographics since the founding of the Girl Scouts, such as increases in children attending school, women in the workforce, and single parent households. She goes on to discuss widening the spectrum of leadership recruitment to include young business women, recently retired women, people who do not have children but still care about them, and minorities.
