A plaque commemorating the birthday of former President Harry S. Truman was presented to judges of the Greene County Court by Fred C. Moon, left, and Mrs. William Doss. Accepting the plaque are Presiding Judge John Squibb, right, and Associate Judges Shirley Maddy, and Earl Slavens. Published in the Daily News on May 9, 1978.
