New-York". The fourth page of the manuscript is a typeset sheet listing the organizational officers, membes of the Executive Committtee, and branch officesJames Miller M'Kim informs William Lloyd Garrison that they are "arranging for a Freedmans meeting at Chicago", and that they have secured George Thompson and Judge Russell to speak at the occasion. M'Kim requests that Garrison compose for them a letter to be read at the meeting
