This recording includes tapes 1-2. It was recorded in Springfield, Missouri on December 15, 1990. Norman Blake- fiddle/ guitar/ vocals, Nancy Blake- cello/ fiddle/ vocals, Bob Holt- fiddle, Art Galbraith- fiddle, Fred Stoneking- fiddle, Alvie Dooms- guitar, Gordon McCann- guitar, Larry Sledge- mandolin, Karen Craft- banjo. The Blakes had given a concert a SMSU and went to McCann’s home afterwards. They played for 2 hours or so. Mike Smith, KSMU, meets Stoneking and Dooms. Holt- fiddle 1. "New Money" (in C) 2.
