Description
Lumpkin was news director for WRMA, an African American radio station in Montgomery, Alabama. Sallie M. Hadnott, a local civil rights activist, also attended the meeting. Another photograph taken during the meeting appeared on page 1 of The Southern Courier for April 30-May 1, 1966.
