Regarding the issue of race discrimination at the Library of Congress cafeteria, and concerning the correspondence between Villard and Putnam on the matter (see mums312-b051-i256 and i257) assuring that there is no shortage of "specific cases" of "discrimination against colored people"; indeed, "it would be easy to send a dozen persons to the Library and prove my assertion."
