Description
A red and blue imprint of a stylized seal of the United States with E Pluribus Unum. Under the seas is printed, ""The Seal of the Nation, The Arms of the free, Shall Secession put down, And restore unity!"". ""Union!"" is printed across the upper right of the envelope in large block letters. The top third of the letters are blue with small white stars and the bottom 2/3 are made up of wavy, diagonal red and white stripes.
