Photograph of an historical marker which stands near the site of Leo Frank's lynching in Cobb County. Dedicated in March 2008, the marker was erected by the Georgia Historical Society, the Jewish American Society for Historic Preservation, and Temple Kol Emeth.Leo Frank, a Jewish factory superintendent accused of killing a young girl in Atlanta, was one of the relatively few white victims of lynch mob "justice" in the state.
