Lora Ella Lemmer was born September 7, 1894, and died September 28, 1993. In this interview, recorded July 19, 1979, Ms. Lemmer discusses life in Macomb in the early years of the century. She reminisces on working for the Macomb Bystander newspaper, published in the 1920s, and for the telephone company, as well as recalling various aspects of community life. Original cassette in vault. Transferred to FLAC, September 2016.
