Description
A Bill to amend the fourth section of an act entitled "an act to prevent the further importation and bringing of slaves and indented servants of colour into this state" passed in the year 1794. A Bill to amend the eleventh section of an act entitled "an act for raising a public revenue for the support of government and to repeal an act entitled an act entitled an act to suppress excessive gaming" passed in the year 1784. (rejected) A Bill for establishing a charitable fund for the relief of decayed mechanics in the towns of Fayetteville and Wilmington.
