HolographWilliam Lloyd Garrison presumably wrote this letter to James Manning Winchell Yerrinton. Garrison writes: "Please not to forget that the final hearing before the Committee on Capital Punishment will be had this afternoon, (probably at 3 o'clock,) in the Hall of the House of Representatives.
