Citywide Coordinating Council daily monitoring report for Brighton High School by Nancy Mitchell. Mitchell spoke to Headmaster Francis Tracy about a student striking him in the rib cage with a golf club several years ago. Headmaster Tracy commented that the worst months of the year, in terms of unrest at school, are January and February. Mitchell also mentions that Headmaster Tracy had commented on the years before busing in terms of student possession of weapons.
