A pamphlet produced by members of the Harlem Communist Party. The pamphlet is black print on yellowed paper. The front cover features the title: [Is / Japan / the / Champion / of the / Colored / Races?] and a drawing of a military aircraft dropping bombs. The bottom has a black border that contains the text: [The Negro's Stake in Democracy / 5¢ / Issued By The Negro Commission National Committee C.P.
