Description

In this series of WSB-TV newsfilm clips, presidential candidate Jimmy Carter discusses campaign issues with several Congressmen, including Andrew Young, Toby, Moffett, and Johan Jenrette. Among the topics are Carter's style of working with the Georgia legislature, military issues, nuclear proliferation, and nuclear waste disposal from weapons and power plants. While Congressman Young makes some comments, they are indistinct and covered by other noises. Among the comments from off-screen people, there is a mention of then-governor Ronald Reagan. The last half of the clips are silent. Candidate Carter stands at the front of a crowded room with multiple microphones on a table.
