In this letter, dated February 9, 1864, from Colonel D. C. McCallum in Nashville Tennessee, he informs Lieutenant Colonel J. L. Donaldson that he has concluded a contract with W.H. Bristol for the reconstruction of the Tennessee River bridge at Loudon, Tenn. He provides the terms of the contract. This is a second, separate copy of this letter.
