Clarence Freeman talks about his reaction to the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, and the reaction of the community of Spokane, Washington to that death as well. He also talks briefly about a childhood experience with prejudice in Spokane.The Civil Rights Digital Library received support from a National Leadership Grant for Libraries awarded to the University of Georgia by the Institute of Museum and Library Services for the aggregation and enhancement of partner metadata.
