Elevation is 700 feet.Named for Dr. Thomas O. Fuller, T.O. Fuller State Park was the first of two state parks in Tennessee open to African Americans during segregation. It was built by an African American unit of the Civilian Conservation Corps (C.C.C.) in 1938.
