Respect the unity and independence of Vietnam--Stop the bombing--Make Love Not War!" "The slogan, 'Make Love, Not War' became a prominent anti-war phrase in the 1960’s that was created by those against America’s involvement in the Vietnam War. It was not just hippies and college students who yelled this phrase throughout the streets but it was also a lot of average American ANTI-WAR PEACE RALLY families and interestingly some Vietnam Veterans themselves"--Stockton University blog, https://blogs.stockton.edu/hippiemovement/make-love-not-war/. Night Raiders is a group of U.S. political stickers from the '60s and ‘70s protesting the Vietnam War and U.S. imperialism, and calling for racial equality among blacks and whites. "Night Raiders" here may refer to military "night riders" and civilian vigilante "Knight Riders" of the Ku Klux Klan, as well as "freedom riders" during the U.S. civil rights era.
