Urging the rights and representations of African colonials at the United Nations General Assembly that fall in New York; same copy as mums312-b111-i444, now addressed to: the NAACP, the Council on African Affairs, the African Academy of Arts and Research, the Federation of Negro Churches, the National Council of Negro Women, the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows, the Improved Order of Elks of the World, the Grand Lodges of Masons, Prince Hall Jurisdiction, the Native Congress of South Africa, the Native Congress of East Africa, the Sudanese Nationalist Organization, the Federated Trades Union of the West Indies, the Governments of Ethiopia, Haiti, Liberia, "and other persons and bodies interested in freedom and self-rule in Africa."
