Description

Harrison states that he has been ill. He discusses Worthington's current position in the United States Senate, the subject of slavery in the Indiana Territory, and the fate of the Louisiana Territory (including Missouri) and whether the western settlements of Cahokia and Kaskaskia will be forced to join the upper Missouri and create a new Territory. He complains about the number of posts he makes and the amount of money he spends on postage.Worthington, Thomas, 1773-1827Traces of red sealing wax remain.
