Video of the North Georgia Folk Festival in Athens, Georgia. The video begins with W. Guy Bruce singing "Shout Lulu." Next, Doc and Lucy Barnes and the Gospel Chorus of the Macedonia Baptist Church sing "All Day and All Night Angels Watching Over Me." Doc plays guitar and sings, while Lucy and two other female choir members sing. In the next segment, Mabel Cawthorn plays "Halleluja Side" on banjo and vocals from her porch in Carnesville, Georgia, with Art Rosenbaum accompanying her on guitar. The annual folk music festival is organized by the Athens Folk Music and Dance Society.
