Digitization sponsored by the Council on Library and Information Resources.A flier about police murdering people who are part of minority groups, more specifically those who are not white and are considered mentally ill. Specifically two incidents are cited: the murder of Luis Baez, a mentally ill Hispanic man, and Elizabeth Mangum, a poor, mentally ill black woman. The Black United Front Support Committee calls for white people to support the efforts of Black and Hispanic communities in combating police brutality and calls for people to sign a petition, which is not included. The back of the flier has handwritten drafts, presumably by Cynthia Miller, apparently in response to the Black United Front Support Committee, in which she states that she is glad
