Hamilton (clerk, 1880)RIVERS: Mississippi RiverOTHER INFORMATION: Ways - 3004; Original price $25,000, home port or owner's residence circa 1879 was Red River, Arkansas. Built for Captain Dick Sinnott and others, in 1880 she was running New Orleans, Grand Encore, and Alexandria. Later Dick Sinnott became Collector of the Port and sold his boat to George W. Rea, who ran her a couple of years. By 1893 she was in the Mississippi River Packet Company, running New Orleans-Bayou Sara. She was dismantled in 1897, and her hull became a coal barge and sank just above the mouth of the Red River
